Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conductive to learning
- Assess and document student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student success.
- Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Education or related field.
- Valid Teaching certification for the state of Florida.
- Proven experience as an elementary teacher.
- Strong Understanding of child development and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Work Permit.
